ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Ordering through FunkyBasement is really simple. You must first be a registered customer to be able to place any order.
Browse through the catalog until you find a product that you want. From the product page, enter the size and color that you want to order and hit the "Add to Cart" button.
The shopping cart on the top right of the screen lets you keep track of how many items you have inside your cart at the moment, and the subtotal. You can keep adding as many items as you want, and even take a more detailed look of what is in your shopping car by clicking on the "view cart" button under the shopping cart. From that view, you can remove, or change the quantity of products that are in the cart.
Once you have added all the items that you want, click on "Check Out", and follow the easy steps of entering your billing and shipping information. A confirmation email will then be sent out to you immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
FunkyBasement accepts major credit cards Visa and MasterCard.
Please note that once you submit the order, your credit card is being billed immediately!
What if I don't receive an email confirmation of my order?
You should receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of you order. If you did not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at
orders@funkybasement.com
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your shipped order, use the tracking number provided to you in the order confirmation email, and go to the USPS Web Tracking Center. Here you may enter the tracking number and locate exactly where your package is at the moment.
Do you accept international orders?
At the moment, FunkyBasement does not accept international orders. As we expand in the near future, international orders will start being accepted.

SHIPPING
Shipping Methods
FunkyBasement provides fast and inexpensive shipping for all of our customers. Each order is shipped by using USPS Priority mail. Once your order has been processed, shipping will take place within 24 hours (possibly much sooner). After your order has been shipped, it takes approximately 4-7 days to reach its final destination.
Cost of Shipping
Currently, FunkyBasement offers only USPS Priority Ground Shipping. The flat rate shipping applies to how many pieces you purchase.
Flat Rate:
1 item :$4
2-3 items:$6
4-5 items:$9
6-7 items:$11
8 or more items: $15
How do I track my order?

RETURNS
Return Policy
The individuals here at FunkyBasement want you to be 100% satisfied with all the items you purchase from us. So for example, if you order a shirt, and it doesn't fit right, look right, or not even what you expected, simply return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error in the shipment at our end. However, no returns or exchanges will be
accepted on items that have been worn, washed, or suffered a loss of value in any way.
For a refund, you must contact us at orders@funkybasement.com and let us know within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Shipment must be sent out within 7 days for refund to be processed.
For an exchange, you must send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Please note that all items sent back should include a printed copy of the email
confirmation/receipt that was sent to you when you initially ordered.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?
If you would like to unsubscribe to our mailing list for any reason, there is a link on the bottom of each email that is sent to you which allows you to unsubscribe to the FunkyBasement.com mailing list. After clicking on the link, your email address will be removed immediately.
On the other hand, if you prefer to contact one of our customer service representatives to unsubscribe, you can always do so by emailing us at unsubscribe@funkybasement.com. When you email us, please make sure to write "Unsubscribe" in the Subject Field and include the email address that you want removed.
I did not request to be on your mailing list, yet I still receive the newsletters.
To get more information regarding the nature of how your email address was obtained, you may email us at info@funkybasement.com and we will promptly reply to your inquiry. Please include "Subscription Inquiry" in the Subject Field of your email.

The whole FunkyBasement site is secure, using industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Therefore there should be no reason for concern while browsing or sending information through our safe and secure web server. Any and all of your personal information will not be released to any other companies, and will only be sued to contact you in regards to any orders you may have placed.
